With over four decades of leadership experience across India and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, Sunil Sinha has been at the forefront of helping organisations transform, scale, and build sustainable value.
His career has been defined by leading large-scale transformation journeys, strengthening governance frameworks, and enabling businesses to achieve performance excellence across diverse industries and markets.
During his tenure with the Tata Group, Sunil held multiple leadership roles, including CEO of the Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG), where he led enterprise-wide initiatives across 100+ companies focused on excellence, innovation, sustainability, safety, and corporate governance.
His understanding of the MENA region has enabled organisations to navigate market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and create successful cross-border growth strategies.
Today, as Founder & CEO of Ignite Excellence, Sunil brings together his global experience and strategic insight to advise leadership teams on governance, performance excellence, sustainability, and international expansion.
